和睦農場為劉家三姐弟創辦，三個「七年級生」，由繁華城市回到家鄉，在嘉義縣紮根。
民國94年起，憑藉著熱情與衝勁開始投入菇類栽培研究，做足充分準備後，
於民國98年通過「農業設施許可」，正式成立【和睦菇業農場】。
本場全自動機械化控制溫濕度，在純淨栽培、完全沒有污染之清潔環境下生產的精緻菇類，
完全不使用農藥、添加物，提供最安心、安全之菇類商品。
本農場為台灣少數將可重複使用的聚丙烯 (PP,Polypropylene) 菇類栽培瓶全面應用於精緻菇類栽培之農場，
有效減低對環境的負擔外，栽培後之廢料經適當處理後，更可做為綠色作物之有機肥料。
